Hello Stampers. Here is an oldie, but goodie, and easy Witch Hat to put those candy treats in. There are several videos on YouTube, but I am putting the link to the first one I saw a few years ago. It is from Julie Davidson.
Instead of closing the hat with glue , I punched a hole at the top of the box and used Stampin' Ups! new Metalic Mesh ribbon to tie a bow. I put some multipurpose liquid glue on the box and adhered the tails of the ribbon to look like a spider web.
