HALLOWEEN TREAT HOLDER - Week 3

Hello Stampers. Here is an oldie, but goodie, and easy Witch Hat to put those candy treats in. There are several videos on YouTube, but I am putting the link to the first one I saw a few years ago. It is from Julie Davidson. Instead of closing the hat with glue , I punched a hole at the top of the box and used Stampin' Ups! new Metalic Mesh ribbon to tie a bow. I put some multipurpose liquid glue on the box and adhered the tails of the ribbon to look like a spider web.
Supplies:
  1. Basic Black Cardstock - product  #121045
  2.  measurement:  4 1/4 x 11 an scored at 5 1/2
                                Strip for brim - 1 x 5

       2.  Designer paper Magic in the Night - product #153517
            strip 3/4 x 4
